1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the evv99 website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and evv99. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

evv99 supports a range of local and international payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. evv99 may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated or claimed retrospectively.
• A wagering requirement applies to all welcome bonuses and free spin winnings. Standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address, and device. Abuse of bonus offers will result in account suspension.

All content published on the evv99 platform — including but not limited to its design, graphics, logos, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of evv99 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the evv99 platform without prior written consent from evv99. Unauthorised use of evv99's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

evv99 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evv99 expressly disclaims all warranties — whether express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall evv99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses of winnings, data, or opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
